Yes, We are a fully insured and registered NZ business.
Do you bring the cleaning supplies and equipment?
Absolutely! We supply all of the cleaning products including floor, window cleaners, surface sprays,mould remover as well as vacuums, scrubbers, mops and wipes. If you prefer to use your own equipment, that's totally fine with us.
Can you provide references?
We are happy to give references from our satisfied clients :)
Is it the same cleaning crew each time?
We will always try to send the same cleaners for your peace of mind, however we may have to send an another person for some matters. But no worries at all, the crew carry specific instructions about what we do at your place and the work is checked by the manager.
How long does it take for an average cleaning service?
It all depends on the condition of your place. A typical cleaning service takes between 2 to 4 hours. To get a good approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home snd convert that number into hours. Eg : 3bedrooms = 3hours.
When will I be charged? Do you accept cash payment or bank deposit?
We will not charge you until we have finished your cleaning service.
What is the cancellation policy?
The only thing we ask is when you need to reschedule ot cancel, please give us 48 hours notice. If it's with in 48 hours there is a $60 charge. If you cancel within 3 hours of appointment, it is 60% of the cleaning cost charge. If you cancel either when the cleaner has arrived or we couldn't access your place, the full price will be charged.

We understand that they are your priceless family members. Our products are non toxic, eco-friendly so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please request an eco- friendly cleaning if this applies to you.
